Pierre-Julien Guay has been heading La Vitrine Technologie-Éducation since its inception in 1992. He is also the chairman of the Quebec Standards workgroup (GTN-Québec). Previously, he was the project leader for the production of computer-based educational material at the ministère de l’Éducation, du Loisir et du Sport (MELS) du Québec.
Pierre-Julien Guay also worked as a member of the governing board of the Lifelong Learning Society, the TeleLearning Network of Centres of Excellence and the APOP. Since 2004, he has been especially active in the area of standards for learning, education and training. He acts as the Canadian delegate to the ISO/IEC JTC1 SC36 standards committee, expert at the Learning Technology Standards Observatory and is the co-writer of the upcoming Metadata for Learning Resources ISO Standard.

Andrée Beaudin Lecours, Project Manager at La Vitrine Technologie-Éducation, is currently working on the development of the educational heritage at the collegiate level, as a specialist in techno-pedagogy. As an advisor, she has namely contributed to the FrancoNet Canada project aimed at democratizing access to information for youth and women of the Francophonie. She also served as ICT education trainer abroad, including Brazil, Laos, Lebanon and Rwanda, developing innovative approaches in a wide variety of technology access contexts.

Anne-Marie Cinq-Mars holds the position of Information Agent at La Vitrine Technologie-Éducation. Her responsibilities include publishing the French weekly newsletter of the Vitrine. She has several years of experience in research and documentation, and developed a recognized expertise in linguistic revision.

Marc-Antoine Parent is the project manager for the Technical Secretariat of the Quebec Educational Standards Workgroup GTN-Q. Free guidance is available for Quebec educational institutions wishing to integrate the use of standards into their teaching and learning activities.
